Payment & Billing
- We accept payment in cash, cards, e-wallets, net banking and other convenient payment methods.
- You may get an estimate of the bill amount at the time of handing over the garments at the time of pick up.
- The exact bill amount will be informed to the customer via SMS/WhatsApp after garments are booked at the store.
- All advance payment/s must be recorded in the Pickup Slip and signed by the Pickup executive.
- Express/Urgent delivery of articles would be charged 50% extra over the regular tariff.
- GST of 18% is applicable on all orders.
- Customers are requested to examine the articles at the time of delivery. We would not be held responsible for any damages that are found 24 hours after delivery of processed articles.
- If not satisfied with the quality of any service offered, customers should get in touch with the store or the company customer care within 24 hours for resolution.
Booking
- The stores operate from 9 AM to 10 PM, 7 days a Week.
- You can schedule a service through WhatsApp, Website or by calling us.
- Minimum booking amount eligible for Free Pick up & Drop is Rs. 250/-. Orders under Rs. 250 will be charged a Pickup fee of Rs. 30/-.
- Customers need to count their clothes at the time of pickup and verify it on the pickup slip given by the Rider.
- No claims for garment loss will be entertained if any mismatch is reported after successful delivery.
- We try to deliver the garments exactly on the date & time mentioned on the Pickup Slip. However, Cleantex Laundry & Drycleaning Pvt Ltd is not responsible for any delay caused by uncontrollable incidents.
- We examine each garment after we receive them at our outlet and notify if any damage is observed. However, few exceptions are considered under manual error and Cleantex Laundry & Drycleaning Pvt Ltd will not be held responsible for any pre-damaged article or any damage that cannot be caused by process/products used at our outlets.
- Cleantex Laundry & Drycleaning Pvt Ltd may or may not call you before delivery. If you prefer a confirmation call before delivery, please inform our Rider during the Pickup and mention along with any special instructions on the Pickup Slip provided to you.
- We do not accept any accessory that is not to be processed.
- All accessories that can be detached from the garment will be counted as separate items and charged separately.
Compensation & disclaimer
- Dry Cleaning: In case of loss or damage to the garment caused by Cleantex Laundry & Drycleaning Pvt Ltd and proven, the compensation amount shall not be more than 10 times of cost of processing that garment or Rs. 3000/- whichever is lower.
- Laundry (per Kg): In case of loss or damage to the garment caused by Cleantex Laundry & Drycleaning Pvt Ltd and proven, the compensation amount shall not be more than 10 times of cost of processing that garment or Rs. 500/- whichever is lower. The cost of processing here will be derived by proportionately dividing the order total of respective articles by the number of articles.
- CLEANTEX LAUNDRY & DRYCLEANING PVT LTD is not responsible for fastness, colour bleed, colour running, shrinkage, damage to embellishments or embroidery work on the articles during processing.
- At CLEANTEX LAUNDRY & DRYCLEANING PVT LTD we put our best efforts into removing any stains or unwanted marks on the clothes; however, we do not guarantee 100% removal of stains or marks. Customers will have no claim whatsoever or no rights to demand a discount or refund of processing charges on account of this.
- We take no guarantee of color bleed. You are advised not to give clothes that may bleed color in laundry. Such garments may be given for drycleaning.
- CLEANTEX LAUNDRY & DRYCLEANING PVT LTD Pvt. Ltd. solely holds the right to change the terms & conditions & prices without prior notice.
- Any issue with respect to Quality has to be reported to the respective store or customer care within 24 hours of delivery.
Cancellation
- To cancel your scheduled service, you need to call us and inform us. Cancellation is not chargeable as long as the Pickup & delivery Partner has not left the outlet.
- Cancellation is subject to a payment of Rs. 50/- as conveyance charges if the cancellation is done post-pickup & delivery partner leaves/starts for the pickup location.
